I/I Preparation Phase: Popping Alcohol Bubbles, Or the Beliefs That Keep One Attached to Alcohol

I/I FIRST TASKS

1.

Obtain a notebook dedicated to your journey of freeing yourself from alcohol.

2.

List all the reasons in the notebook why you want to free yourself from alcohol.

3.

Recall the worst or most embarrassing experience you have had with alcohol. Write it down in the notebook as well. You can also write these lists on paper and put them on your refrigerator door or in your wallet so you can easily find them.

4.

Remember how you felt as a child before you had even tasted alcohol – what brought you joy and how it felt. Recall happy moments in your life that did not involve alcohol.

5.

Dream about all the things you can do when you are free.

6.

Join the private Soberisti Facebook group, where you can receive peer support and information about trainings and events.
